To take advantage of the reduced rates at these hotels you will need to book early. (Most of the hotels have agreed we can keep the rooms until 4 weeks prior to the conference.
Request for refunds must be made in writing no later than Friday 25th October 2024. No refunds will be made after this date; however substitution of delegates may be made at any time.
By registering to attend this event you are also consenting to any images that may be taken in the course of the event to be used on the Company’s Website, social media and other promotion materials and if you do not wish for your image to be used in such a way you need to let the BACR know in writing.
