The BACR Cancer Immunology Conference will provide sponsors with access to a high quality audience including scientists and clinicians as well as the new generation of Postdocs and PhD students. Logos of all our sponsors and participating companies will be displayed on the Meeting website and in the printed programme. Please find below examples of sponsorship opportunities. Individual Company requirements are negotiable. 

SPONSORSHIP OF SPECIFIC ACTIVITIES:

•    Dinner: £1,500
•    Drinks reception: £750
•    Coffee breaks: £250 per coffee break

MAJOR SPONSOR: £3,000

A Major sponsor will benefit from the highest level of exposure, which will include:
•    Sponsorship of a session, including opportuny to give a presentation.
•    Opportunity to present a poster or short talk prize to a young investigator
•    A desk top exhibition space will be included as part of the package
•    The opportunity to provide a slide advertising their sponsorship, which will be shown at the beginning of the meeting and during breaks.  (NB: names may not be advertised).
•    Promotional material may be included in the programme
•    Complimentary registration, lunch and refreshments for two company representatives

DESK TOP EXHIBITION SPACE - £800 (whole conference); £500 (one day)
